Are you feeling stuck at your job? It’s a simple question, with an even simpler answer. These days we find every excuse to stay put and play it safe even if we’re unhappy or unfulfilled.

We fear the unknown. We fear change because we can’t see the other side. We don’t have a written contract from the dream we want to pursue that guarantees that everything will be peachy or hunky-dory if we take the plunge. As a result the fear of failure sets in, we sit idle and we watch the world pass us by.

WE FEAR THE UNKNOWN. WE FEAR CHANGE.

I’m here to tell you, that fear is false! It’s an illusion! It’s a fairy tale! We can fail and lose everything even when times are good. Even when we’re comfortable and doing what we believe to be safe. That should be the scarier thought…that tomorrow we can go to work, to the job we find unbearable and we can be let go for reasons out your control. 

So wouldn’t it be better to fail chasing your dreams than to fail doing something that’s pure misery? I think so!
