We do it as children over and over, trying to understand the world around us, yet many of us stop asking the question. Maybe because we hear constantly from others “that’s just the way it is” or maybe we just become afraid of how sad some answers can be. 

I challenge you to keep asking “why?” Ask yourself, your boss, your business partners, your teammates, your industry….everyone! It may lead to uncomfortable situations, but greatness (and happiness) is not forged through smiling and accepting, but by seeking it out and conquering it.
